These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") set out the complete legal relationship between bd67 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Member", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers with, or uses the bd67 online casino and sports betting platform available at bd67.io and all associated subdomains and mobile-optimised versions thereof.

To register and maintain an active account with bd67, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bd67 does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register, deposit, or wager on the platform under any circumstances.
• You are a human individual acting on your own behalf. Corporate entities, automated agents, bots, and scripts may not register accounts.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where you reside.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or had an account suspended or permanently closed by bd67 for a violation of this Agreement.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of bd67 or any of its affiliated studios or service providers.

Each person is permitted to hold one (1) account only. Opening duplicate, secondary, or household accounts — whether to exploit a welcome bonus, circumvent a restriction, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings associated with any such accounts.

All deposits and withdrawals on the bd67 platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bd67 does not charge a platform fee for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bd67 accepts no responsibility.

bd67 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, strictly in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not include the right to:

• Modify or create derivative works based on any platform content or software.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may close your bd67 account by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and provided no prohibited conduct investigation is pending.

bd67 may terminate this Agreement and close your account immediately and without prior notice where you have materially breached any term of this Agreement, where we are required to do so by applicable law or regulatory order, or where continued operation of your account poses a risk to the platform, other members, or the integrity of bd67's business operations.

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, whether contractual or non-contractual, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the internal policies of bd67.
